The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries, establishing a solid foundation for a comfortable stay. The operational efficiency stood out, with reliable hot water from the solar heating system and prompt housekeeping services. The 24-hour reception was particularly commendable, as they provided assistance at our late-night check-in, ensuring a seamless process. While I didn't find anything particularly lacking, the hotel's financial transparency deserves mention. Anupam Residency balances the essence of comfort and economic value, making it a wise selection for both families and travelers seeking a convenient base in Ernakulam.
